Orders

Can I cancel my order?

We understand you – we also change our minds sometimes!

If your order has not yet been handed over to our logistics, we may be able to cancel it. Please send us an email at info@platzangst.com with the subject "Cancellation".

Alternatively, you can also contact us via the chat function at the bottom right. We will take care of your request as soon as possible!

What if I want to speak with someone?

Feel free to contact us with questions, concerns, or feedback. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Please note that inquiries received on Fridays will be answered the following Monday – possibly even sooner.

Shipping

Which countries do we deliver to?

Currently, we only deliver within Europe. If you want to request delivery outside of Europe, please contact us. We will gladly check if we can assist you further.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. For shipments to other European countries, delivery takes about 3–5 business days.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition – with all tags and in the original packaging. Thank you for your understanding!

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the items.
